Return and Refund Policy

Because beach events are weather-dependent:

• If unsafe weather conditions occur (heavy rain, high winds, storms), we will:
  • Offer to reschedule at no additional charge (subject to availability) 
  • Offer a credit valid for 90 days.
• Final weather decisions are made 24 hours before the event.
• Overcast skies, mild wind, or temperature changes do not qualify as unsafe conditions.

• Your experience begins at the scheduled time.
• Late arrivals do not extend the reserved experience window unless pre-approved. 
• Extended time may incur additional fees.
